--SKILLFUL--
Nanotech Suit – Reduces all area of effect damage taken by 30%.

Chem-resistant Inlays – Increases damage reduction by 5%

*Infiltrator – Increases movement speed by 15% and effective stealth level by 3.

*Hit and Run – Striking a target with Shiv or Veiled Strike grants Hit and Run, increasing your movement speed by 50% for 3 seconds

(Opinion: Hit and Run and Infiltrator will really fall on your preference. I haven't been able to decide which one I like better so I defaulted to the passive run boost, Infiltrator. Plus, the extra stealth effectiveness is nice)


--MASTERFUL--
Advanced Cloaking – Reduces the CD (cooldown) of Cloaking Screen by 30 seconds and Sneak by 15 seconds. In addition, activating Cloaking Screen increases movement speed by 50% for 6 seconds.

Endorphin Rush – Adrenaline Probe now immediately restores 15 additional energy.


--HEROIC--
Augmented Shields – Increases the amount of damage absorbed by Shield Probe by 30%.

*Escape Plan – Reduces the CD on Escape by 30 seconds, Shield Probe by 5 seconds, and Infiltrate by 60 seconds.

*Revitalizers – Stim Boost now additionally grants Revitalizers, restoring 5% of total health every 3 seconds and reducing damage received by 20% for the duration

(Opinion: Though selecting Revitalizers makes Stim Boost a Defensive CD as well, I still prefer Escape Plan due to the Shield Probe CD reduction. I prefer to use Stim Boost as originally intended)




Stat Priority

 Accuracy (~110%) > Surge (70%) > Crit (~25%) > Power (Augments) > Alacrity 

Detailed Primary Stat

Cunning: Increases the damage done by your abilities and slightly improves your Critical Chance (by ~0.003 per point). Cunning is a good stat to Augment for at lower gear levels until you start reaching 3500 because the benefit to your Crit Chance then tapers off. After you reach that "soft cap," you want to switch out to Power Augments.


Detailed Secondary Stats

Accuracy Rating: The importance of accuracy reaching to 110% (~750 Accuracy Rating), is not as crucial for Concealment as it is for other DPS specs. Concealment plays well with lower accuracy (50-100 less), since you don't need Corrosive Dart for Tactical Opportunity to be regranted anymore.

Surge Rating: Increases the amount of additional damage done by critical hits by this percentage. Going beyond 70% Critical Multiplier is affected by diminishing returns.

Power/Tech Power: Increases the bonus damage of your abilities by 0.23 damage per point. Power is available on mods, unlike Tech Power, which is only available on weapons. Power increases all damage done while Tech Power only benefits your Tech abilities (you can see which abilities are "Tech" in your spell book).

Critical Rating: Increases your chances for scoring a critical hit. Above 25% Critical Chance, diminishing returns start to take effect.

Alacrity RatingAlacrity affects virtually everything. Internal timers, Global Cooldowns (GCD), ability CDs, cast/channel times, tick speed of channels and DoTs (damage over time), resource regeneration, etc. What this translates to is that 1% Alacrity is essentially a 1% increase in DPS. One to two Alacrity Enhancements is currently the go to amount.





Item Modification


As you select Item Mods, it is imperative to keep the Stat Priorities in mind. This guide lists the name of the mods and the stats they enhance. The level of the mod is not specified because the ones you need share the same name. The only thing that changes is the number at the end. 

3.0 best in slot DPS enhancements are +72 Endurance, +81 Power, +120 Cunning.

Armoring Set Bonuses
PVE 2P Laceration and Corrosive Assault increase damage dealt by 2% for 15 seconds. Cannot occur more than once every 30 seconds.

PVE 4P Backstab and Leathal Strike's energy cost is reduced by 2.

PVE 6P Activating Shiv and Veiled Strike will grant Enforcer’s Critical Bonus making your next volatile Substance and Corrosive Assault critically hit. This effect can only occur once every minute.

Concealment Operative Rotation (3.0)


**The following rotation and information regarding it was yielded from dissecting Parses in Parsley and Parsec**

In Concealment spec, your priority is to maximize Laceration hits, especially since Collateral Strike grants extra damage for every Laceration you dish out. In order to do this, you'll be using your Tactical Advantage (TA) granting abilities, Veiled Strike and stealthed Backstab. Make sure not to surpass your TA cap (2). Anything after 2 is lost. Next, Volatile Substance is used on CD for the damage buff triggered by DoTs, maintain the 30% Armor Pen buff from the passive Acid Blade, use Corrosive Dart (if you can spare the energy), and finally use Crippling Slice/Rifle Shot for Energy gains.

For optimal damage output, you will want to use the following abilities in the set prioritized order:

1. Backstab (Stealthed)
2. Volatile Substance
3. Backstab
4. Laceration
5. Veiled Strike
6. Corrosive Dart
7. Crippling Slice
8. Rifle Shot
9. Overload Shot (Used in worst case scenarios)

Remember, as a DPS Operative, your goal in a fight is to output as much DPS as possible without spending most of the fight starving for energy. Use Corrosive Darts wisely.


Cooldowns


-OFFENSIVE-


Adrenaline Probe: If <35 Energy, use immediately.
Stim Boost: Increase alacrity by 10% for 10 seconds. This will speed your OS cast time and speed up the Global Cooldown as well. Best used at 0 TAs.
Cloaking Screen: In-combat stealth with a 2 minute cooldown. Great for continuing burst dps by following up with a Backstab granting you a TA.

-DEFENSIVE-

Shield Probe: 15 second damage absorb with a 45 second CD. Absorbs a considerable amount and can make the difference between a live and a dead Operative. Use it wisely.
Evasion: Dodge increased by 100% for 3 seconds from melee and ranged attacks ONLY. This does NOT make you invincible. Use it with caution. 
Countermeasures: Aggro dump. Good for boss fights since we are known for having bursty dps.
Escape: Breaks you free from incapacitating effects. 2 Minute cooldown.
Cloaking Screen: In-combat stealth with a 2 minute cooldown. Takes you out of combat for 10 seconds which, if used correctly, you can use to pick up a fallen player amidst combat.  
Exfiltrate: 12 meter roll (teleport). Increases your dodge by 30% while rolling. Fantastic for PVP and great when in a sticky situation in PVE that requires you to get away from a spot as soon as possible. Use wisely for after the second roll, it's put on CD.


Opening Rotation (3.0)

Before every boss fight, if you know you will remain mostly stationary for at least the first 30-45 seconds, I recommend using this opener.
